  We were already at the Lakewood Center Mall and just happened into their shop. Gorgeous pieces and they informed us that they also create custom jewelry.
  
  They never hassled us but were very helpful in putting together a totally custom piece. They really seemed to work hard with the manager to get us the the best deal. After approx. 3 weeks of waiting, we had a showstopping piece ready for us at the store. No complaints.

  I bought an engagement ring for $5,300 and still haven't received. They said they couldn't find it. Good customer service to get you to buy. But after you buy they don't care about your issues. It's honestly the worst place. I have to sue them now for my money now.
