  This location makes no sense. I have Geek Squad with three computers on it. One of the computers that I have on my Geek Squad account is not even on their file. The computer they have on my file I have never owned and have never put on Geek Squad. They tell me that there's nothing they can do about it. They tell me that they can't add the computer that I just bought that I wanted to add to my empty Geek Squad slot. Caught a stone face from the geek who helped me, and the manager won't even talk to me. I'm not coming back to this Best Buy. This Best Buy is horrible. They don't know how to input serial numbers they don't know how to manage The Geek Squad accounts. I recommend you go to a different Best Buy.
