  I had been searching for a particular crib and by chance...I was thrilled when I found it at their location. However the crib was already on hold for a women. I politely asked that if the woman did not pick it up, can I please be on the waiting list. The manager agreed and took down my information.
  
  The crib was already waiting for 25 days for the first women to pick it up. They told me they would give the women one month and if she did not pick it up they would sell it to me (the woman had only put a small deposit on it)
  
  I waited and called every day after the one month mark, to see if they had heard from her. I understood that the first woman put a small deposit on it and it would only be fair for them to sell it to her first, right? The manager told me, "We will call you as soon as we can sell it to you". I go into the store today (11 days after the one month mark) and the first woman NEVER picked it up and they sold it to someone else!
  
  When I ask to speak to the manager...they said "HE" wasn't available when in the past its been a "SHE". When I question them about which is it, a he or a she...they reply with an "ohh..you mean Carol". They have no clue who their manager is. They have poor customer service in my opinion b/c I have been waiting EVERYDAY for this particular crib and they can't get their stories straight.
